Good things take time..

Flouncy truely is a boutique set up, based in my home studio in rural New Zealand. I make everything with care and value every customer. Shipping requires a trip to town, so always planned in the most sustainable way. Please be patient and know that you are very much appreciated.

If your order is in stock, you will receive a confirmation. I expect to process and send out within 3-4 working days and email you a notification with a tracking number once it has been sent.

 Please provide a physical address.

Parcels are tracked and shipped “signature not required” so the package will be left in your letterbox or at your front door. If this is not acceptable, please say so in the comments section of the shopping cart, or send me an email.  Please note there will be an additional cost to have your parcel delivered if a signature is required.

 NZ Delivery: We use NZ Post which usually takes 3-5 working days. Rural delivery a little longer.

International Delivery: Currently to Australia and the UK.

Postage cost is added at checkout in NZ dollars and does not include tax / duties that may be applicable in your country. Delivery is usually up to 13 working days, but this timeframe is not guaranteed by NZ Post, especially during the lead up to Christmas.

Duty & Taxes: Customs clearance differs in each country. Although charges are not always incurred, your country may charge import duties and taxes. These fees are your responsibility to pay, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
