Refund policy

Flouncy is made for comfort and happiness - no use having her sit in the back of your wardrobe without a job!!

The regular 60 day exchange / return policy to the rescue!

This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request an exchange / return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with swing tag attached. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and make contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, but please email an exchange request first. I will let you know exchange stock availability and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds 

You will be notified once your return has been received, inspected and approved for refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
